Today is 11 Oct 2009 and it is our Gypsy's Underwater Graduation Ceremony. The ceremony started at 3pm and took place in UMS Aquarium.

hi guys, sorry for not completing the previous assignment... so let me update bit bout my cny celebration k? let the pictures tell the story:):)

My grandpa with his grandchildrens.... He is 80 years old this year.. still healthy k? Why zen is not in the photo??? cos she's holding the camera!!!

On the 5th day of CNY, Zen went to Sepang Goldcourse Beach Resort in Sepang with families.. coincidently, most of us wore red:) Who wans to unwind after a long stressful day? Head for Sepang Goldcourse:)

2008 flashback

2008 is almost coming to the end. This year, it was certainly a beautiful year for 6 individuals. Never once in my mind that we will come this far. It all started in Bukit Cahaya...

28th May 2008 - All thanks to Zen, we gathered in this fateful day...

11th June 2008 - I never will realize that these people I am not close with will take a day off to spend my birthday with me. Thank you.

18th of June 2008 - The turning point of the group and also the reason behind the name PBG.

23rd of June 2008 - I agreed to go on a trip with 3 people that I am not even close with and today, I never regret the decision.

24th of June 2008 - We took my dad's kelisa up to Cameron Highlands. Our very first road trip.

26th of September 2008 - We crazily booked and overnight in Tune Hotel which is only 5 minutes away from our house. It was a night of glamourous and an eventful night.

22nd November 2008 - We took our very first overseas trip to Cambodia!!! We spent 7 days and 7 nights together. Love love love every second of it.

PBG had a great year in 2008. It was certainly a rollercoaster ride for all of us with loads of drama going behind but it has certainly became an eventful year.

So I can't help but wonder, what is in store for the PBG in the year 2009?

How much you guys bring???

Hmm... initially i thought USD 200 will be enough for us de.. but suddenly our QueenS asked me
"do you think USD200 will be enough ka???" Hmm... then i start to worry and browse around in order to determine our budget and basically these are the summary:

Tax : USD 30 (25-30, so take 30 to play safe..)
Angkor : USD 40
Food : USD 80 (2 meals per day for 8 days, you think it's enough??? Not for me -_-)
Bus : USD 20 (The cheapest method edy.. if wanna take boat, gonna cost USD 25 one way..)

TOTAL : USD 170..!! So well, above are the "MUST PAY" amount liao. As for my case, i just left USD 30 to survive... Now what about other "Not-so-important-BUT-quite-important" things that we have to do? Such as...

Transportation fee to go to ANGKOR for 3 days?? (takkanlah walk from hotel to angkor..)
Rent for bicycle?? USD 2-3 per day.. (I don't want to WALK inside angkor wat..)
No need to eat JUNK foods, taste their local delicacies and etc? Eg: their famous kuih, bottled water, ice-cream, coconut drinks, dog meat, cat meat...bla bla..
Dunno what "Angelina Drink??"
Souveniers??
Accomodation for another 4 nights..!! (Budget hotel cannot "lok card" one...
Any other things?

So you guys think USD 30 is enough to do the activities above or not?? As you all know i eat A LOT... But even if your budget for food is USD 50, you will only have USD 60 to do the above lists.. which i think still not enough.. hmm....

So guys... Let's ponder once again and think whether you really bring enough USD or not..... I think i am going to change another USD 50 = RM 180++... @@

Things to do now...!

Alright, this will be my first post... hahaha... We already have things to bring, now we need "things to do" NOW..!!

Are you guys planning to get inject with Hep A and Hep B for prevention purposes? If yes, then when you guys plan to do so? Where is the recommended clinic? Anyone??
Do we need to come out with a set of printed/photostated documents for each and everyone of us? Which probably consists of MAP, emergency no, places of interest and etc..? Personally i feel that it's better if each and everyone has one set of it...
You guys have any plan to do last minute shopping or discussion so that we can crack our head together and think what else to buy???
Oh ya, we need to change our currency to US dollar and Riel as well.. when you all want to do so??

Since our Queens@ShinD will only come back tonight, is it okie if we do it on Next TUESDAY??? Respond Asap ya.. tq tq....

Things to Bring to Cambodia

Hey ppl, i just roughly list down the things have to bring to Angkor Wat. Do add on if i miss out anything.

- lotion

- sunblock

- body and hair shampoo

- toothbrush and toothpaste

- cap or umbrella

- sunglasses (if u have one)

- camera and charger

- handphone and charger

- bottled water (500ml or 1litre)

- 8-10 shirts (1 shirt each day and some back up incase u sweat too much!)

- socks (those who have 'hongkong leg' pls bring more haha)

- 2 pants and towel

- adapter (but i haven't find out wat's the voltage in cambodia)

- few plastic bags for you to pack ur dirty smell clothes

- those who have gastric pls bring some biscuits or cookies... those who gets hungry easily pls prepare some snacks too..

- malaria pills (we have to check this out in the pharmacy)

- US dollars and Cambodia Riel

- most important!!! Passport and IC!!!!

- oh yea... mr haha remind me bout map.. u guys wanna print ourself or buy?

Now since all our papers are over, here comes the real deal. I know you guys are out there whooping and jumping with joy and celebrating and all that but there are homeworks to be done.
Sounds like someone's taking charge, no? Haha!

So, I will be real busy packing and sampling and all the shit until I got back on Sunday so that means, the other part of the entry that I promised, as in for Phnom Penh, will be up on Monday or Tuesday.

Here comes another part, could somebody start the to-bring list? If there is any to-do list, then just combine it. Zen and A1l1n perhaps can take this part? I don't think the guys wanna do this. Make sure essentials to-bring stuffs only and not too many. Though I cannot say the same thing for myself. LOL.

Transportation to Airport

Do you guys wanna rent a mini van to airport instead of asking our parents to drive us there?

it costs around rm 140 per trip. avanza if not mistaken. just nice for 6 of us. But we will need to gather in somebody house first early in the morning cos mr khoo house is at the other end of the world and mr jack in kl. Just let me know if u guys interested.

Places of attraction in Siem Reap, Cambodia

1) Angkor Wat
Entrance fees = $40 (3 days tour)
To get there = Tuk Tuk or Bicycle
To get around = Bicycle or walking

Angkor Wat is also comprises of the Bayon Temple, Angkor Thom, Ta Phrom and Phnom Bakheng. The Bayon Temple, it seems is famous of the Bayon 'faces' (something worth checking out). This Bayon faces is best viewed during 6-7am as the sun will shine right at the faces.

Angkor Thom and Phnom Bakheng is a magnificient inner royal city and is renowned for its temple grounds and southern gate. One of the best sun-rise view at 5am in the morning. Is Ms. Zen interested to accompany me this time? I am sure it will be very 'zen' to view sun rise at the Angkor Wat.

Ta Phrom, famous with its gigantic roots submerged and intertwined together with the temples. Perfect place for Lara Crofts wannabe (Tomb Raider) and loads of loads of camwhoring sessions.

My comments:
I have indeed surf around and have best thought that 3 days tour is a must indeed! I have also found out from my coursemate that, to get around in Angkor Wat, if all of you want it, it will be highly recommended that we hire a tour guide (in Angkor Wat) to explain the history and background for us. That is for only a day if all of you are interested but that is also depending on our budget. There will be souvenirs selling at Angkor Wat but it is not encourage to buy there because whatever sold there will be sold at the flee market. With so much cheaper price too! (We have to bargain teruk teruk lah).

There will be a lot of kids asking for donations or pleading your purchase from their goods. It is very recommended to say a big firm 'NO' to them. Do not say 'Later I will buy' because they will recognize you and come after you when you exit.

Photo will be needed by the Angkor Wat entrance ticket. If it is such a hassle for you guys to bring a passport photo there, don't worry, they will have your photo taken for free on the spot. The photo will later be embedded in the ticket that resembles our driving licence.

2) Tonle Sap Lake
Boat fee = $10 to $20 (depending on our bargaining skills)

Tonle Sap, I heard, has one of the best view of floating houses, markets and people performing on the water. If you're lucky, you might see houses being haul from one spot to another (shifting houses process). It is rather recommended for us to take a boat on a tour at Tonle Sap lake. I heard it is worth the journey but then again, it is also depending on group decision and group budget status. =)

There will be a lot of locals trying to tempt you into buying their goods by jumping into our boats and showing their goods. It will be good enough to just say 'NO'. For people performing on the water, it is usually when you tipped them only they will perform. Hence, we bring some coins in the form of Malaysian currency will do. And we tipped them using Malaysian currency. I rather think this is a bit of taking advantage of their lack of educational mind but then again, we're running low on budget. So no choice lor.

3) Psar Chaa (YEAY!! Shopping!!)

One of the BEST flee market and even better if you have the bargaining skills. Silvers, dresses, clothes, etc etc etc...all could be found here. Sounds exciting enough, eh?

So far, this is what I've got about Siem Reap. Coming up next post will be the Phnom Penh. Maybe will delay a little due to unfinished lab reports. I hope all of you are satisfy with the information. And Haha, you don't really have to come up with the schedule yet. Can wait till I finish posting on attractions at Phnom Penh only decide where we will slot those places. Thank you!

Cambodia Discussion Pt 1

I did my homework! Yikes!
Well, it was more like I come across something that will be worth our visit during our stay in Phnom Penh.
It is the 'Tower Skull' or more known as the Genocide S21 during the Khmer Rouge Regime. To those who have did a bit of snooping around about the accommodation, you will definitely come across the word Khmer. It seems this Khmer thing, happens to be a regime. As Haha will readily know, 'Rouge' means 'red' in French. It's a genocide, boys and girls, and that means, killings based on race.

Khmer Rouge Regime it seems started at 1975 and during the regime, has killed approximately 1.5million Cambodians. That, boys and girls, is so many times worse than Hitler's time.

NicoleKiss put it better in her entry (click on the word 'entry') with pictures and all that. So I hope you guys could take your time a bit to read about the regime and enlighten ourselves before we visit the place.

To begin with my birthday celebration post,

Haha…I also dunno where 2 start with….

I think after al bday, v all decide v have enough of “surprise” for bday baby d….so, the next bday baby is me and they decided tat no more surprise and the celebration will be steamboat during the weekend. Due to kv and roy are not free on sat night, therefore, the steamboat is decided to be held on sun night.

Haha…I think whole preparation things begin at sat morning, where I realize my roomies out out and in in…keep on missing ppl only…Although I suspect sth wrong, but I just let it be only lo…..

Haha…whole day yet eat anything till night time, I decided to go to try out mango café which is a thai restaurant in Asia City. Haha…since ppl around me all so bz, then I decided to go alone. In the restaurant, I have ordered a Thai Fried Rice, a cendol and a dessert(Tako). Haha, I only rmb 2 capture the 1^st dish serve to me tat is the cendol, others I directly enter it all into my stomach once it is served(hehe…too hungry d gua). But the foods were just average, the thai fried rice not hot at all, the cendol possessed certain weird smell, and the dessert was too soft.

After the dinner, I jau go back home already. At home, I just simply find ppl chat and surf around 2 kill my time. Sitting in front of my com till 11sth start feeling sleepy, then lie on bed start zz-ing….Haha…just past midnight, my phone started to be pounded by lot and lot of bday wishes…Thanks to all those sent me Bday wish de wo!!! J 12.45am…gypsy called together with her sister and mummy sing me a bday song….haha…..althought not so sync….but still acceptable de…haha…thanks….(I got record down de…u all wanna listen can get the copy from me de). Then around

It’s around 3am in the morning….i suddenly heard the sound of the fan stop and I slowly open my eye….

WTF….there are lot of “ghost” standing in front of me…..Can u imagine that….

Haha...since my soul yet back to my body……I m more like half dead….cont my zz….haha…this grp of ghost have to carry me down and place me on the chair with a laptop screen in front of me…..

button was pressed and there goes the usual thing….photos and memories…..done nicely by movie maker…..i watched quietly without any huge reaction till suddenly…..some women screams were piercing my ear…I see more clearly into the screen…..Guess wat?? ”Nice” movie was playing instead of the C3A photos…..Haha…My only respond is no respond...continue sitting there watched quietly….till the end of the movie…. Haha….Birthday song started to play from the keyboard and a bday cake appear…..The table is full of the steamboat stuff and both rice cooker is readied with soup…Then only I realize they have prepared everything and my job is just 2 eat….but u know wat is the time now ka? It’s 3am in the morning and v going 2 start the “electric” steamboat….

After order was made, suddenly, my eye spotted sth familiar….it’s the guy I alwaz sleep with and he is holding the burger with a candle on top....Haha…the whole PBG is here to celebrate my bday….Haha…thanks a lot for the surprise….. (Ceh…dunno who say wanna do FYP, change to Wed only celebrate wo..)

While browsing on PBG blogspot, a1l1n came across with this lil' gypsy's update - announcement for a "compulsory" PBG dinner. Well, be it a coincident or not, it's in fact being brought up on a1l1n's Birthday eve. Without speculating much, a1l1n just took it as a normal dinner as a gathering for the gang for it's been quite some times since our last gathering.

After getting "hints" from our lame Kev and the informal clarification from our lil' gypsy, the dinner was actually known to be a pre-celebration for a1l1n's 22nd burfday. The gang chose to dine in at Anjappar (hope i do spell it correctly), KK for the night, with another special guest, CL (So, PBG dinner huh =.+?). Well, everything went out quite smoothly as usual, just that a1l1n did feel that the atmosphere on the night was kinda tense, and after dining, the gang seem to be dragging on and on for not leaving that fast from the restaurant somehow.. (Perhaps a1l1n was infected by Mr. Khoo's disease at that moment - over-sensitivity xb)

So right after got back home, lil' gypsy got a1l1n to accompany her to collect her new hp from her friend. As usual, a1l1n do her that favor and right after a1l1n got back home, there was the starting point of their "real plan" behind...

Right after a1l1n got into the room, spontaneously, the gang locked a1l1n up in the room with no power supply. There, the "One Missed Call" ringtones rang, and the laptop on my roomie's table was starting to play the eerie clip, with whole lots of scary images of all sorts of stewpid ghosts. a1l1n freak out, shouting and ... =.="
After a short while later, there a1l1n started to hear some relaxing music, and there a1l1n started to have some smile on face, gained the courage back to view the clip seriously; unfortunately, half way through seeing the clip, another eerie ghost image appear right on the screen, at that close distant with the laptop screen, the image has totally scared me out of my wits, and from that moment, I've lost all my guts to even view that laptop again. I know I'm lame ... =.="

P/S: gypsy, really sorry for not having the courage to watch the whole clip all alone; PBG- I really appreciate and felt you guys' lurve in making the clips, especially knowing that how much efforts that you guys have put in. It really touched me much. Thank you.

Skipping the morning class, a1l1n was concentrating doing her methodology assignment, and at the very moment of the concentration, such a prank call came in (which I'm dumb enough not to discover it)

Leo : Ini Teo Ai Ling ka? Saya ni panggil dari Akademik UMS. Ini Ai Ling ka?

Me : Ya, speaking (used to reply in English for my lame BM sake). Ehmm.. Kamu dari company apa ya? (blur with the sudden formal call, wonder how come I'll ask on "company" =.+? Lolx)

Leo : (Stunt + Funny i think) Bukan, saya panggil dari Akademik UMS. Adakah kamu sudah tarik diri dari UMS? Kami tak ada rekod kamu langsung.

Me : Tak, saya 3rd year dari Chemical Engineering, masih studying. (Trying my best to clarify my status in uni)

Leo : Kamu tak register course sem lalu? Sekarang kami nak keluarkan slip keputusan, tapi tiada rekod kamu langsung

Me : (Stunt.. so lucky to have such incident on my B'day? "was it a prank" was the question flashing through my mind..) Kenapa ya, tapi saya masih tengah ambil course 3rd year.

Leo : Apa nombor matrix kamu?

Me : HK2006-3828 (repeating twice, while they trying to "key in by pressing hard on the calculator". That makes me wonder more that "They are of real HEP? Really checking ne.. and started to believe already)

Leo : Saya sudah check. Memang tak ada rekod kamu. Lecturer Dr. Chu Chi Ming kan? Rekod kamu sampai sem 1 saja.

Me : Kenapa ya?

Leo : (Trying to make a big turning in not answering to my "why" but somehow giving the excuse on my insufficient of attendance, which make me start to doubt back, but without having much time, the tone of the prank caller changed to be more inpatient) Ini bukan hal saya, kamu sekarang datang Chancellory Akademik Unit, tingkat 3 jumpa saya sebelum 12.30.

Me : (Looking at the watch showing 12pm, no time for me to ask for more question to clear my queries, I decided to check out when meet him in person) So, apa yang kena saya bawa ya? Dan nama Encik?

Leo : Matrix card saja. Jumpa Encik Noor kat Akademik unit, Tingkat 3. Saya kerja sampai jam 1 saja. Selepas tu, kes kamu ni tidak akan saya layan lagi. Datang jumpa saya pada pukul 12.30

Me: (hearing the word "not layan", make me more nervous) Ok, Thanks.

Rightaway, a1l1n PM and SMS miss Zen said I need to go out now regarding to the matter, and there we went. Along the car journey, she didn't really respond much on my problem, but I was just focusing on "how come how come", thus never really realize the weird situation at that moment. (Guess Zen surely trying her best not to laugh out loud when seeing me fell into the trap that miserably, for in fact I brought along all my certs as well)

Zen requested to drop her to get something from ChESC room, which will only took her 5mins, and of course a1l1n got no problem with it. Then, somehow I got tricked by her to bring her her file, and SURPRISE!! all the coursemates were inside the ChESC room.. So, it was a prank!!

Night, C3A celebrating a1l1n's b'day at maghantten fish market, for it has the promo of buy 1 free 1 for fish and chips set with a sms request. Hehe.. so the plan was set to be on after our class.

Half way dining, the group started to realize Mr. Khoo absence to toilet. And the group started to tease (talking bad behind him) on his "lau sai" difficulties in toilet. When Mr. Khoo's back, he brought along this "present" to a1l1n.. Another great surprise ever to me!! Thanks!!

After the night, when reaching home, a1l1n received another 2 pressie on my table, a B'day card from the west and also a lurvely edited photo in a nice frame. That's sweet. Token of Love

I believe ALL PBG members actually receive a small token of Love by A1l1n right?
As for me, this very small token of love with my favourite food in the world, chocolates (yeay!) came in just a few hours ago. It cheers me up a lot especially in times of stress like this. It serves as a very big reminder of how everyone still cares about moi. It actually buys me another reason of NOT giving up. =)

The Almighty One has Fallen

It's actually too long to be written in the chatbox hence, I decided to write it over here. So, if you notice, it is actually 4-ish in the morning and yes, I want to tell you guys how much stressed out I felt due to my FYP.

I don't know what's gotten hold of me. One minute I will be scrambling over one journal and another minute I will be worrying about the citations and references. I will be working on the literature review and another minute my mind will be drifting to worrying about how my introduction and method is.

Now, is this a sign of nervous breakdown??? - I certainly do not know -

And worse still, sometimes I really feel like giving up. It is just TOO overwhelming. I try not to break down, but it seems the harder I tried, the worse it became. Gawd. See? I've turned into some complete psycho!

I will be diving in the afternoon and I still refuse to get to sleep knowing that I am so running out of time already for my FYP. FYI, it's due next Wednesday (15th of October 2008).

It is just too overwhelming, that's all. You guys can ignore this post. I just felt like venting it out somewhere.

tune hotel entry II

minna san, here come my post...my 1st ever post..hehe..pls forgive me for any bad language and gramma mistake..

since our miss Zen had post a totemo long and detailed entry, so i think i just have to summarized it (act i was lazy..XP) and add in some missing parts..
according to our plan, we should reach fratini be4 5pm as the 50% discount is only available if you order be4 6pm. however, due to some technical problems in our 'surprising Miss Zen' plan and gals' nature attitute..(took too much time to dress up..LoLx)..we departed from tune at 5.15pm if not mistaken and thought of can make it on time..BUT..it was peak hour!! traffic jam!!how could we so 'big prawn head' and miscalculated tat..haih..so we had to change our dinner destination to jesselton hotel,another italy restaurant and most importantly it offered 50% discount too if we make our order be4 7pm..i believed miss Zen had explained wat happened during our dinner so i just SKIP!!!(another excuse for my lazyness...XP)

after dinner, we headed to cp to catch up our movie 'mama mia' which was strongly recommended by gypsy..be4 the movie started, we had our another 'heart-to-heart' session in startbucks..it seems like this activity had become the 'culture' of pbg outings..*wondering y are we have so much heart-to-heart chat*

hey ppl, this is miss zen's first ever blog. please excuse me for any bad language or sentence construction.

where do i start? hmm... miss zen never thought of how 'hang fuk' she is until the days of her birthday. let's just listen to miss zen layout out the whole birthday celebration...

24th September, Wed:

miss zen is super tired today due to the long and boring naces meeting. we've been discussing about naces theme since last month. Fortunately, we managed to fix our theme today. After the long hours, me and al proceed to asia city to settle the corporate-t thingy. carrying rm4000+ in my bag is so so scary....thank god nothing happen! after an hour, miss zen and ailing finally make their way home.. both exhausted..and miss zen is super hungry. but surprisingly, miss teo wanna go for movie (coursemates ajak us earlier) and drag me along.. this is so not ailing. she usually will just stay home after a tiring day..??? k lo... let's just chill out.. since holiday is just around the corner.. but seems like everybody is so mysterious.. i ask what movie we watching, where we going to eat.. everyone 'fu- yin' me. no one give a proper anwer. fine lo.. since i also kinda tired, so just kept quite.. we dine in 'xin wang hk restaurant'. the one opposite watson in one borneo.. Food wasn't that good.. ma~ma~ only..

after the dinner, it's movie time.. i'm sure i asked thousand time wat movie we watching, and ailing and mr haha conveniently tell me it's DECEPTION. so i was pretty shock when i went inside the hall.... wat language is this? it's not english and it doesn't sound like french...sounds more Thai to me... Arghh... dun tell me this is some kind of horror movie? Then only Mr Haha reveals the truth by showing me the movie tickets. omg! GHOST HOUSE! the title itself is already sounds so 'eerie'.. how am i going to sit still throughout the whole movie? Thank god the movie is not that long and thank god it's not that scary.. i 'survived' through the movie.. nice plan huh c3A?

after movie, they wan supper pula... why is everyone so energetic? i start wondering is it i'm getting older? i'm darn tired but the rest of them r so so excited..fine lo.. follow the crowd again.. so there we go.. foh sang's porridge. well, u know ailing's speed. she is leading while 3 cars following at the back.. half the journey, yentheng called and said roland's car got problem. have to stop by the roadsid..tyre punctured i guess.. so we waited at the road side while they try to fix it. (we are at damai while the rest r still near the mosque there... so u can imagine ailing's speed haha...) after 5 to 10 minutes, yentheng called back.. well i can hear noise so i didn't doubt it when she said they need us to turn back cos they can't handle it. probably gotta call out the plan.. so we headdd back to where they stop their car.. opposite the mosque...

when we finally reached, it did look like roland's car is in big trouble..both front and back bonet was opened.. and roland is checking his engine. it did cross my mind that why did he need to check his engine when it's the tyre which is in problem?? well i dun have much time to figure it out and once i step out from the car, i can hear happy birthday song.. haha my first response was to turn to ailing and ask: u dun tell me this is a plan ar?

this indeed is their plan to surprise me.. C3A used 22 egg tarts to make a 22 figure.. thanks ppl for the great idea! i have my birthday celebration with a picturesque mosque view at the back overlooking the sea.. hey u guys really got me tricked! nice plan... big clap to c3A!

after taking photos we made our way to the 'tong sui' shop in foh sang.. that's the moment i receive all the presents from them. a cute big pillow, a nice casual blouse, a best selling story book and an elegant watch. thanks ppl.. i'm very touched!

25th September, Thurs:

i spent my big day in karamusing kk box.. singing and shouting at the top of my voice...FUN is the only word to describe. haha.. mr kevin do have nice voices.. yea u r right ailing, ur voice is no more the 'kiddy' voice u used to have.. congrats! u have grown up lol....5 hours was spent there... we then had dinner in beverly hills, thanks to mr kevin cos he somehow cannot and wouldn't wanna skip his church activities.. we had fried mee, fried rice and fried mee hoon for dinner.. not bad actually... too bad it's too far from kf..

then here comes the amazing part of my birthday celebration. when i finally reached home, i realised something is wrong with my things.. my chairs are missing.. whole stack of storybook is nowhere to be seen.. and someone took my table lamp too! this is somekind of their plan again. yea i know... even my inner wears r missing too!! when i asked them, nobody give a proper anwer.. "u go find la.. how i know wo", " u asked soen yin la", " u try looking at the back" etc etc, so i steadily, took my own sweet time to bath first... haha i know they r very gan cheong now.. waiting for me to realise their plan... hehe naughty miss zen slowly enjoy her bath in the toilet... then, they start telling me: "hey check out at the back.. i saw ur books there.. " well i know something's wrong.. so when i opened the back door.. *sparks*...there laying is my birthday cake! haha... i was shocked actually cos i didn't expect a cake together with the candle which sparks...i just thought that they going to spread my books or inner wears on the floor or wat.. this is another surprise.. thanks guys! also special thanks to ShinD, Swen, Ailing, Swen and Kevin for the bag! thanks Lk too for ur 'lovely' pressie. haha i wonder when i going to use it:)

26th September, Friday:

yea today is the long planned tune outing for pbg members.. lots of plan for the day: glamorous nite, terror ride in sktm, mamamia, truth or dare and H2H. Okay.. i was supposed to go to chancellory in the morning to settle naces stuff.. but found out that roland will be in ums attending japanese class. so i asked him to go instead.. sorry ppl i didn't expect u guys to have another surprise for me.. haha.. i guess my changing of schedule last minute get u guys all messed up.. sorry ppl! my deepest apology..

after settling naces stuff in naces at 3pm, we finally check into tune hotel, jack and kevin say wanna go down and keep his helmet. and ailing gotta go to ssmp to get swen.. and she says it's ok for me to stay back in the hotel.. she will be fine alone.. k lo.. i just lay back and day-dream while waiting.. then i heard my phone vibration.. (thank god i heard.. otherwise i dunno how u guys gonna make me realise the surprise). swen's sms: "can you pls check the drive c on shinD's laptop, she just dl a movie 'she's all that' but not sure can run not? "... so i unwillingly leave the bed and explore her laptop.. hmm another surprise i see... ppl.. i'm touched with the movie maker.. in my life nobody had ever did a movie maker for me... i actually wished someone make one for me.. haha u guys can read my mind..thanks pbg! u guys were actually in tune d since morning... i really really really dunno how to express my appreciation!!!

'The Glamorous Night'. so brothers and sisters of PBG start getting ready for the nite.. guys with their smart formal outfit and girls with their gorgeous dress.. original plan is to dine in fratini restaurant in warisan square but we can't make it in time.. so we change to the one below jesselton hotel.. wahhaa... ppl are looking when we walked in.. i also feel paiseh... gosh... i can't wait to be seated so no one will look at me..

the food was not bad.. but i personally prefer the pasta compared to the pizza...and it happen that there are a gang of mat salleh dining there also.. i'm in the perfect seat where i can see all of them haha.. ailing must be jealous rite? gypsy actually fixed a rule that we must speak pure american english during the dinner.. haha guess wat.. miss zen turns very quiet then.. u know my english with all the malaysian slang....i realise looney was kinda quiet also.... when gypsy officially announced that we change to hokkien, miss zen start talking fluently pula.. haha.. dun blame me, i'm from klang... hokkien is like my mother language.. and we have fun from changing languages from cantoneseto bm.. mr khoo was practically good in all except cantonese.. miss teo was doing fine too.. but looney gets even more quiet when we speak in hokkien lol. gypsy, no problem for all.. mr haha, separuh separuh ja for all... wakaka..

wow.. this blog is going to be the longest blog ever! the plan after dinner is actually mama mia. but we can't make it for the 7.10 show, gotta wait till 9.20... so we spent our time in cp starbuck.. the drink i ordered was not bad.. green tea + chocolate chips. no caffeine. suits me just well.. the rest order their drink which is so concentrated with caffeine.. if i drink that, i will get severe headache... during the starbuck session, as usual H2H talk ( continuation of wat we discussed in cameron highland, difference is that we have miss ailing now)..

finally it's 9.20.. mama mia's time!! lots of positive comments bout this movie so i can't wait for it too... mama mia, here i go again, my my how can i resist u? haha.. i sang along k in the cinema.. too bad that mr kevin who is beside me is sitting so still that i thought he actually fall asleep.. if not, my voice could be louder. nice show though, ppl who enjoy abba's song shud really hit the cinema..

one good news is that we canceled 'sktm terror ride' cos it's too late to enter ums now..haha.. this is good for me..we changed the location to tune instead.. ahh.. of course we dun miss the chance of taking nice photos before we bathe...so all of us have poses in front of the mirrow and snap as many photos as we can...

after the camwhores session, nobody wanna make the first move to bath.. this is weird cos usually ppl will fight to get bath first.. so again i make the move.. cleaning myself after a long day is so comfortable..once i step out from the bathroom, someone off the light... and then happy birthday song again.. wow.. another surprise! haha even though the timing is not perfect (i mean between kevin switching off the light and the rest singing the song), i still appreciate it lot.. i didn't expect another surprise for me.. i mean it's not my birthday anymore. u guys r so great!

Hahax!! I've never thought that my very first post at PBG blogspace would be an apology post xb

To all the PBG brothers and sisters,

First of all, I would like to say thanks to our Miss Organizer and Mr. Haha for having such an extraordinarily idea for booking-a-day at Tune's; Special thanks go to our Miss Eyu again for the incredible and wonderfull plannings for the activities; Last but not least, profuse gratitudes to all the PBG gang members for their participation and commitment to make this a success!!

So, come to the main point, I enjoyed a lots and really appreciate that we've actually had such crazy outing in the gang (guess hardly to have any 2nd gang that would be just like us *proud* Lolx). Yet, still I wanna make my apology here, truthfully, to each and everyone (especially to Mr. Haha), for my outspoken critics during the night. Sorry if I've ever hurt any party, I'm truthfully apologize for that

Activities No. 1- The Glamorous Dinner editted

Dear babes and dudes,

As you might or might not notice, I have change the theme of the activity to 'The Glamorous Dinner'.

Venue - Fraitini's or the one below Jesselton Hotel (both have 50% off)
Time - will be allocated according to the discounted period
Attire - Beautiful and goodlooking
Language - English with American accent

This activities still require you to dress up like the one explained in 'The Glamorous Night' only that no acting is required. However, speaking in English with American accent, still proceeding.
We will enter in pairs and therefore, here comes the part agreed by both me and A1l1n.
Since the number of girls exceed number of guys, 2 of the girls will have to pair up with each other (because if the guys pair up with each other, it will look very weird).
I hereby volunteer myself to pair up with Loony.
So that left the four of you. WUAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAH!!!

First, i dun agree with 'The Glamourous Night'

Reasons:
1) My pocket is really tight. Atmosphere will cost me another 10-15 ringgit.
2) We r drinking JD after that. Too much alcohol will kill all of us.. (dun ask me to drink iced lemon tea in Atmosphere!)
3) The last time i went Atmosphere it was too noisy. can't even talk...

And, the most important one. 'A Night of Terror' is totally not my type!! Totally against it!

i just wanna sit back and relax in the hotel...any other activities we can think of in tune?

Wow...I slept at 5am only to wake up to 2 of my major activities rejected.
What a way to embrace the day.
Anyway, since not many is too into trying new things...and everyone do have a say in what we do, why don't you guys come up with ideas?
We can hit the cinemas, or try the 2pm to 9pm KBox, or lounge around the malls....and then go back to the hotel resume doing what we wanna do and call it a night.

We will just stay at SKTM for a while bah, nothing to afraid de.... if really got those things, our God shall be with us... I bet A1l1n is more coward than you but yet she dare to take the challenge leh... Trust me, SKTM is so damn-freaking-nearby-indeed to guard house and main gate, anything we just scream okie? ^^

As for the atmosphere thingy, i think we're 'lucky' on that day coz usually when we go to Atmosphere, it won't be that noisy and don't have band de... it was like once in a blue moon leh... really so blue moon de... I went there like more than 10 times and last time was the most noisy one..! i could hardly talk or listen but then again it won't be always 'blue moon' de... if really that noisy that we only go to other place lor...

Tell you something, this one is certainly better than go clubbing okie? I know u sure reject kao kao (I also will reject...) if we want to clubbing... that's why we choose atmosphere... Nice envinronment + smokeless + high class + cheap drinks. As for the financial issue, i don't think that's an issue for a person which has mercedes benz + corner house at BUKIT TINGGI :) If it's really a big deal, you can choose not to drink le, someone will be more than happy to treat you... hahahha...

Overall, gonna gives a thumb up for miss eyu for this wonderful plan lar, not easy to come out with these crazy stuffs... So how my dear sis?? Go lar...

Tentative of the program for Tune Hotel

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have come up with the tentative of the programme as requested by our member, Miss Khoo.
Theme of the entire program, 'Impossible of the Impossibles'.
Throughout the entire 20hours (starting from the time we check into Tune hotel), we will be doing as what stated in the schedule below.
No one is allowed to back out from ANY of the mentioned activities. I am the organizer and I command fullest respect to what I had worked out.
Let me first remind all of you to have enough rest the previous night before checking in as the next 20hours will be exhausting (with NO sleep allowed) but promising FUN!

Date : 26th of Sept 2008
Participants : ALL the official PBG babes and dudes. -Ms. Eyu, Ms. Teo, Ms. Khoo, Ms. Chaw, Mr. Hoe and Mr. Khoo
Venue : Tune Hotel

2pm - 4pm : Check into Tune. Settle down. (If too bored, OneBorneo is just downstairs)
4pm - 5pm : Getting ready
6pm - 8pm : Dinner
8pm - 10pm : 'The Glamorous Night'
10pm - 12am : 'A Night of Terror'
12am - 2am : 'Truth of Dare?'
2am - 4am : 'The Rules of the Card'
4am : 'Heart to Heart Session 2'

Activities No. 1 - The Glamorous Night
Venue - Atmosphere
Attire - For the guys, smart casual. For girls, sexy and beautiful. (Note: No slippers or short pants are allowed)
Language - American English (Note: No other language or slang is allowed. Anyone found to be breaking the rules will pay for all of our drinks)

You are all required to bring your best piece of clothing. Think glamourous for the girls and think cool-ness for the guys.
High heels and make-ups is required for the girls and for the guys, dress like how you dress if you were to attend MTV awards in LA.
The girls will enter atmosphere separately from the guys. The guys will enter first. We will all pretended that we do not know each other. (I mean the guys and the girls)
Next, the guys will request the waiter to offer to send 2 drinks to our table. The guys will have to look interested to come over and join the girls.
Guys, you have to come over and ask to join us. Introduce yourself. Find a pick-up line. Flirt like how you will flirt by any given chances. Impress us girls.
If you feel like you will like to use a secondary fake name, by all means, go ahead.
Girls, i suggest you all to use the name of the four leading actress from Sex and The City. After all, we will be talking strictly only in American English.
All these require all of you to ACT and play your best for the 2 hours and at the same time, have fun listening to each other struggling in the American accent.
Tips, watch more american movie the day before.

Activities No. 2 - A Night of Terror
Venue - SKTM

We will then proceed to UMS (preferably SKTM). We will sit in a circle, recite prayers in our heart and begin the journey of The Night of Terror.
The Night of Terror consist of the most terrifying ghost stories you ever heard or encounter. So please prepare sufficient ghost stories.
We will sit in a circle, hold each other hands, light a candle in the middle, and start the tales of the other world. Sounds scary enough, Ms. Khoo?

Activities No. 3 - Truth or Dare?
Venue - Tune Hotel

I believe all of you is aware of the rules of Truth of Dare. No one is allowed to be exempted from whichever choice chosen (either the truth or dare).
However, if the dare is found to be over the boundaries, the dare is open for negotiation.
So, Let the truth to be told and let us try the impossible dares on each other.

Activities No. 4 - The Rules of The Card
Venue - Tune Hotel

For this activities, we will need to have poker cards and I will be bringing JD and Ms. Teo will be bringing either any drinks of her choice.
The rules of the card will be explained during the session of the game.

Activities No. 5 - Heart to Heart Session 2
Venue - Tune Hotel

This is a continuous activity from where we dismissed from the last session at Cameron Highland.
Only that this time, we have a new participant, Ladies and Gentlemen, please welcome, *drumroll please*, Ms. Teo AiLing!!
We will briefly reflect on what we have discussed in the last session so that Ms. Teo is not left out and we will discuss how we have changed or not changed from our last discussion.
This is a very light and relaxed session. So bring your favourite pillows and pyjamas.
